Please note the following:
Minimum 2 (Two) nights booking accepted during Low and Mid Season, 5 (Five) nights during Knysna Oyster Festival and 10 (Ten) nights during High season.  
All quotations are subject availability at the time of the booking
50% Deposit required to confirm a booking and balance payable on arrival or before
Sun Valley Place will be available for occupation at 1400 hrs (2.00 p.m.) on the day of arrival and we respectfully request you to vacate by 1000 hrs (10.00 a.m.) on the day of departure

Cancellation Policy
In the event of non-arrival, premature departure or cancellation of the booking the deposit or the full amount of the booking if it is paid in full is not refundable but may be transferable at the discretion of the management for a later/earlier date booking if the accommodation is re-let.
